BookingSG started with appointments. When the team asked whether the same interface could handle facility bookings, the answer was no — so we built one from scratch. I designed the end-to-end facilities experience and ran usability testing with GovTech power users before it shipped.

Ground Labs needed a way for non-technical users to build complex data search expressions — without writing code. I designed a no-code visual interface that cut the time users spent on this task by 67%.
ER Data Table & Inspector
Users were bypassing the Enterprise Recon data table entirely — exporting to CSV rather than working in the tool. I redesigned the data table and match inspector to fix the usability issues driving them out.
